In 2010, I left my corporate writing gig to become a full-time freelancer. In the years since, I’ve developed “meatless mains” for a national brand, written about manufacturing parts for a B2B company, created content for plastic surgeons, crafted articles about social media, photographed biscuits for America’s #1 edible import and copublished a cookbook.
